A story from ANCX was recognized in the recently concluded 19th Lasallian Scholarum Awards.

In an announcement by the school, the story titled "Filipino invention that could give robots human-like feeling wins robotics award in UK" by Rhia Grana won under the category of Outstanding Feature Story on De La Salle University.

This year’s board of judges include recent Metro Manila Film Festival winner and director Pepe Diokno, Komisyon sa Wikang Filipino commissioner Dr. Arthur Casanova, Academe Foundation executive director Sachie Nadal Reyes, and DLSU faculty member Br. Richie Yap FSC.

Winners in the professional categories each received a sculpture by renowned artist Toym De Leon Imao.
