Since 1994, The Bistro Group has been bringing into the country restaurant brands from around the world, such as TGIFridays, Italianni's, Denny's, Watami, and Bulgogi Brothers. Over the years, it has also put up homegrown concepts such as Las Flores, Rambla, The Test Kitchen, and Ember.

And this 2024, The Bistro Group is at it again as it is poised to launch two more international dining concepts.

First up is Morton's Steakhouse, which is known for its USDA prime-aged meats, fresh seafood, hand-picked produce, and decadent desserts. Founded in 1978 in Chicago, it now has over 60 branches in the United States and around the world.

The other is Fogo de Chão, an internationally renowned restaurant founded in Southern Brazil in 1979. It is famed for its churrasco, or the art of roasting cuts of meat over an open flame.

Both Morton's Steakhouse and Fogo de Chão are set to open in the country in the first quarter of 2024.

Aside from the two international brands, The Bistro Group will also introduce homegrown restaurant concepts showcasing Filipino, Chinese, Western, and Mediterranean cuisines. The My South Hall at Conrad S'Maison food hall in Pasay City will soon have Sarap+ Bistro Filipino, Fratboys & Sons, Xi Nen Hotpot, Wickd Milk Tea, Red Lotus by Modern Shang, and a new Mediterranean brand by Spanish chef Alfredo Rodriguez of Bistronomia.

On top of these, The Bistro Group will also open more branches of existing concepts and expand existing brands. As of the end of 2023, it has 23 restaurant brands and over 180 stores in the Philippines.
