Continuing its 10th anniversary celebration in the Philippines, Ramen Nagi introduces Series 5, a delectable collaboration with the renowned Musashi-Ya from Japan.

Led by Chef Shigea Fujisaki, Musashi-ya originated in Kichijoji, Japan, and has expanded to 11 stores, including four in Tokyo and one in Shanghai, China. Celebrating 25 years, Musashi-ya is a prominent player in the Japanese ramen scene, emphasizing high-quality ingredients and delivering clean and delightful experiences for its dedicated fanbase.

Chef Fujisaki takes over Ramen Nagi Greenbelt 3 from January 18 and 19, serving only 150 bowls of his Iekei-Style Pork Bone Ramen per day. After the takeover, this special ramen will be available in all Ramen Nagi branches nationwide from January 22 to February 28.

Musashi-ya's version achieves its distinct flavor by using pure forms of pork meat and bones. This pork bone ramen features aromatic pork broth, floating chicken pieces, thickly sliced chashu pork, spinach, and nori for a truly gastronomic adventure.

For the complete experience, pair the ramen with a bowl of hot rice on the side.
