Those who consider Pasig as their hangout have a reason to rejoice with the reopening of Buffalo Wild Wings' branch at Estancia Mall.
The spacious restaurant, operated by The Bistro Group, now sports more modern interiors. And while it is known for its chicken wings, Buffalo Wild Wings is out to show that it has a lot more to offer, with its slew of new dishes on the menu.
Start with the Bottomless Nachos -- which lets you enjoy as much tortilla chips and salsa as your stomachs can handle -- making it an ideal companion while watching a game of basketball, or any other sport. This can also be enjoyed with other dips such as Ranch, Queso Sauce, or Chili Con Queso.
Buffalo Wild Wings also has two new pastas (Alfredo and Bolognese) and pizzas. The Ultimate Cheese Pizza is a cheese lover's dream with its dough loaded with Mozzarella, Colby Jack, Feta, and Bleu; while the Four Seasons Pizza is a sure crowd pleaser with pepperoni, truffle mushroom, four-cheese, and margherita flavors.
Their menu may lean a lot on chicken, but Buffalo Wild Wings also has something for seafood lovers. Order the Fish and Chips, which uses beer-battered halibut; or the Home Run Sampler, which has calamari with other bestsellers such as chicken wings and BBQ spring rolls.
Not to forget the stars of the show, Buffalo Wild Wings offers 13 ways to enjoy New York-style buffalo wings. You can choose from dry seasonings (Salt and Vinegar, Lemon Pepper, Buffalo, Chipotle BBQ, and Desert Heat) and signature sauces (Sweet BBQ, Honey BBQ, Parmesan Garlic, Medium Buffalo, Asian Zing, Hot, Mango Habanero, and Carolina Reaper), with flavors ranging from mild and sweet to wildly spicy. Wash them all down with a cocktail or some draft beer, and you're good to go.
Buffalo Wild Wings has been in Estancia since 2015. Its reopening came months after the launch of The Bistro Group's other international brands at the Pasig mall: Italianni's, TGI Fridays, Denny's, Randy's Donuts, Texas Roadhouse, and Modern Shang. Aside from Estancia, Buffalo Wild Wings also has a branch at Glorietta 1 in Makati.
This 2024, The Bistro Group is poised to introduce two more international dining concepts: Morton's Steakhouse from Chicago and Brazil's Fogo de Chão.
