Solaire Resort Entertainment City in Parañaque is bringing in three Michelin star chefs as part of its anniversary celebrations this March.

Each of them will present their signature dishes at Solaire's signature restaurants -- Finestra, Yakumi, and Red Lantern -- for dinner from March 13 to 16, followed by a buffet brunch on March 17.

Chef Cristina Bowerman of Glass Hostaria in Rome, Italy will prepare a six-course dinner at Finestra featuring her signature dishes. The menu includes vitello tonnato, risotto à la meunière, Italian gyoza, marbled beef wagyu ribeye, and a dessert pairing of popcorn and passion fruit dulce de leche.

Also set to visit Manila is chef Goh Fukuyama of La Maison de la Nature Goh in Fukuoka, Japan. At Yakumi, he will serve an eight-course meal featuring dishes such as foie gras monaka, white asparagus cream fukinotou blancmange, sake steamed abalone, shiitake mushroom risotto, white fish wrapped in cabbage, Kyushu kuroge wagyu, spicy crab curry, and "white and red" strawberry for dessert.

Completing the lineup is chef Xu Fan of Xujia Cuisine in Chengdu, China, who will take charge of Solaire's Red Lantern. His eight-course dinner includes deep-fried angus beef tenderloin, homemade chicken ball in clear soup, wok-fried rock lobster, steamed star garoupa, braised USDA beef short ribs, crispy Gillardeau oyster, dan dan noodles, and Sichuan ice jelly.

Solaire will also offer curated drinks by certified Sake Samurai and sake master brewer Akihiro Igarashi and Luis de Santos, the first and only Master Sommelier of Filipino descent. Joining them is Max Solano, one of the West Coast's most respected and creative mixologists and spirits educators.

"As we celebrate our anniversary, we continue to deliver culinary sensations like no other. This rare opportunity to savor Michelin star fare in the heart of the Philippines promises to elevate their dining experience to new heights," Sebastian Kellerhoff, vice president for culinary at Solaire, said in a statement.
