Fairmont Makati's Spectrum all-day dining is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, priced at P1,450 net, P2,700 net, and P3,000 net, respectively. The weekend upgraded buffet offers an even broader selection and live music entertainment, with dinner on every Friday and Saturday priced at P3,600 net, and Sunday lunch featuring Sabroso Lechon and an extensive charcuterie at P3,800 net.
