It's perfect timing that Philippine Airlines is offering the “Open for You” Anniversary Seat Sale in celebration of its 81st anniversary. From March 15 to 28, passengers can avail of international flights as low as US$81 or domestic flights for as low as Php181 for trips on or after June 1. As many as 5 million seats will be on sale for a limited time, according to PAL.
Recently, the country’s flag carrier introduced more than 1,500 additional flights, an expansion of more than 52% systemwide in line with the revival of the tourism industry across the globe.
PAL will also be rolling out a few digital innovations. These include the enhanced Hiraya Flight Pass, which allows travelers to customize their own flight deals and share it with family, friends and colleagues. The pass is tailor-made for on-the-go frequent and leisure travelers.
The airline company is also introducing the Dear PAL Gift Card, a virtual gift card that card holders can use to purchase PAL Tickets and/or Travel Extras—a great gift idea, if you ask us. You can select from a variety of card designs depending on occasion and send it with a personalized message.
To make it easy for travelers to book flights, PAL’s revamped mobile-first website is set to undergo major changes. It promises a fresh new interface and smoother user experience to enable passengers to access services they need with fewer clicks, in less time, and with a wider range of choices.
