Megaworld is building a hotel inside its 12.3-hectare ArcoVia City township along C5 road in Pasig City.

Aptly called ArcoVia Hotel, the 31-story property is poised to be Megaworld's tallest homegrown hotel development to date. Its facade will reflect a Neoclassical architecture style to complement the Arco de Emperador, which is located right across.

Inside, a grand staircase made of bronze and white marble tiles will welcome visitors. ArcoVia Hotel will have 339 hotel suites with views of the Metro Manila skyline, and a variety of amenities and facilities such as a swimming pool, landscaped areas, wellness and fitness centers, an executive lounge, workstations, and function rooms.

The hotel will also have four food and beverage outlets: an all-day dining spot, a bar and lounge, an indoor pool bar, and a specialty restaurant. A gift shop and several retail establishments will also be available.

"We are delighted to introduce our newest development here in Metro Manila, which will be our 21st property and the tallest hotel development in Megaworld's portfolio to date," Cleofe Albiso, managing director of Megaworld Hotels and Resorts, said in a statement.

ArcoVia Hotel is scheduled for opening in 2029. Other hotel brands under Megaworld include Richmonde, Savoy, Belmont, Kingsford, Twin Lakes, and Hotel Lucky Chinatown, to name a few.
