A new serviced residence will open in Quezon City later this year.
Set to be launched in November, Citadines Roces Quezon City by Ascott has 200 modern suites in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom categories.
The property also includes amenities such an all-day dining restaurant, a swimming pool, function rooms for meetings and events, a fitness center, a resident's lounge, shopping options, and performance spaces.
Ascott country general manager Philip Barnes said they promise to offer "a dynamic and modern living concept that meets the evolving needs of today's travelers."
He hopes that Citadines Roces will be "a preferred choice for those seeking a comfortable and convenient serviced residence experience in Quezon City."
The new serviced residence is located at Don A. Roces Avenue in Diliman, Quezon City.
