This iconic hotel in Bicol has reopened in time for Christmas

After undergoing a makeover, Bicol's first four-star hotel has reopened just in time for the Christmas season.

The iconic Oriental Legazpi is ready to welcome back patrons to its 104 rooms, which include six Executive Suites and the stately Mayor's and Governor's Suites. The property, which sits on top of Taysan Hill overlooking Legazpi City, boasts of views of the Mayon Volcano, Albay Gulf, and the city.

Food and beverage options include the all-day dining Mayon Imperial Restaurant, Beana's Nook for a more intimate feel, and Volcanic Grill for a nightcap under the stars. 

As a noche buena treat, The Oriental Legazpi is offering the Yuletide Feast, which includes a selection of regional, Filipino, and international dishes. The dinner experience includes a lights and sounds show featuring the Oriental Fire Dancers, and carol performances of a local violinist and pianist to set the Christmas mood. 

Those who are ending the year at the hotel can avail of the Twinkling Night Specials promo, which runs until December 31. Aside from well-appointed rooms, The Oriental Legazpi has amenities such as a gym, an infinity pool, a Zen garden, and a spa, as well as board rooms, function rooms, and a grand ballroom that is the largest of its kind in the Bicol region.

Guests can also arrange van transfers to and from the city proper and the Bicol International Airport, as well as activities such as island-hopping, ATV adventure around Mayon, whale shark interactions, scuba diving, and customized tours.
